Participation Criteria

To enroll in the A/C Cool Credit Program, you must meet the following criteria:

Have a central air conditioning system in good working order (not an evaporative cooler or window unit).
Live in the company's service area where the equipment required to support A/C cycling has been installed and is operational.
Have no one residing in the residence with a medical condition who could be affected by the program.
